June 5. --- Enjoy Jakarta World Junior Golf Championship (EJWJGC)
has finished all its competition today. Class A and B Boy Division
played 4 rounds and Class A and B Girl Division played 3 rounds.
Thailand sweeps 3 Major Trophy, Individual and Group Boy and Girl.
In addition, Thailand also won another 4 trophy in Class B and D Boy
and Class A and B Girl,
Poom Saksansin takes the Major trophy for Individual category. The
16 year old golfer finished his last round witht eh score 76 (total
297). Together with Korntawach Julamool, Poom won the Major Trophy
for Group category with total score 588, which is 18 ahead of the
other group from Thailand that represented by Watanyu Pupareesor and
Nerun Sea-Ueng who got the first Runner-up. The second Runner-up won
by Hung-Chun Chiu and Han-Ting Chiu from Taiwan with total score
608.
For the Group category for Girl, the young golfers from Thailand,
Jaruporn and Panitta Yu-Sabai won the Major Trophy with the total
score 435. The place for first Runner-up is taken by South African
golfers that is represented by Bertine Strauss and Lara Weinstein
with the total score 458. Indonesia won the second Runner-up after
Ika Woro Palupi and Nadya Rosiana Tanjung collected the total score
of 480. In
Individual category, Tatiana Jacqueline (Indonesia) won the Class C
Girl, Singapore won the Class D Girl
and Malaysia won the Class C Boy.
Nicholas Smith finally won the Class A Boy with the total score 299.
The Netherland golfer won with 1 stroke difference from Chang Tae Hi
from Taiwan. In the final round, Nicholas played 74, while chang
played 76. The second Runner-up position is taken by Jobim Carlos
from Philiphine.
Thailand sweeps all top 3 positions in Class B. Nerun Sea-Ueng, whio
closed his final round with the score 75 was unbeatable to be the
winner or the Class. Meanhile Korntawach Julamool took the first
Runner-up place with the total 291, followed by Wuttiwit Chareonport
as the second Runner-up winner with the score 294.
Winners of Class A and B Girl are also from Thailand. Jaruporn
Palakavong finally won the Class A Girl through a 1 hole Playoff
with Bertine Strauss (South Africa), and oth golfers made total
score 222. The second Runner-up is won by Nobuhle Dlamini fron
Swaziland with total score 233.
In Class B, Panitta Yu-Sabai who played briliantly since the first
round. Even though she only played 75 today, the total score that
she collected is 213. The first Runner-up place is won by Marvi
Monsalve from Phiplipine who played 76 today, while Wei-Ling Hsu
from Taiwan played 77.
